Hard to Locate

Uplifting moments can be difficult to locate.  So..take stock of the moments of contentment, the at times seemingly few moments of good and happiness, and you will find more.  Many are to be found serendipitously.  This journey can be a tedious path with much to move through and it at times can seem a dreary one.  Search for the uplifting in all moments, in those where it seems impossible to do so. More joy and love of life will follow.

Thank you so much for your beautiful and transparent writing. I live my life by those words “search for the uplifting in all moments…” without that search, those of us who find ourselves or those we love in impossible situations would quickly give in to despair. I applaud your many gifts and thank you for sharing them so openly with all to savor and meditate upon.
